SDPG functioned as a community share space for an ever-changing group of poets, writers, artists, dancers, calligraphers, designers, and other creatives based primarily in San Diego. Activities included work-sharing, publishing parties, field excursions, performance nights, film screenings, and other moments of applied poetry activism.
